Regulation on the establishment and functioning of animal breeders associations.

This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the establishment and functioning of animal breeders associations aiming at the development of the genetic potential of animals, the increase of efficiency, protection of indigenous genetic resources, as well as ensuring genogram registration, certification and insurance of animals and increasing the efficiency of the internal and external marketing of all kinds of production. The Notification also sets forth the membership process and the bodies of the Association.
