Regulation on establishment and functioning of animal breeders’ associations.

This Regulation sets forth principles and procedures of establishment, organization, duties, responsibilities, authorities, management of and control over animal breeders’ associations. These associations are established to ensure protection, research, improvement, development, extension and marketing of genetic resources of animals. The Regulation also sets forth the membership process and the bodies of the Association.
