Abstract
This Regulation aims at establishing a Farm Accountancy Data Network System which is a system of sample surveys conducted every year to collect accountancy data from farms, in order to monitor the income and business activities of agricultural holdings. This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of the establishment of the Farm Accountancy Data Network System and the types of agricultural enterprises which will be included in the system, as well as collection, evaluation, reporting, use, confidentiality and security of data. A National Committee shall be established under the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock to be responsible of the implementation of the system.
