Notification No. 2023/42 on support payment to agricultural enterprises included in the Farm Accountancy Data Network system.

This Notification sets out the procedures and principles regarding the support payment to agricultural enterprises participating in the Farm Accounting Data Network system on a voluntary basis. In accordance with the Presidential Decree on agricultural support in 2023 and support to use certified seeds in 2024, this Notification lays down rules regarding the participation support payment to be made for 2023 to 6000 enterprises that have joined the system on a voluntary basis in the 69 provinces where the Farm Accounting Data Network system is operated. Support payments shall be allocated to agricultural enterprises: (I) which are registered to Farmer Registration System or any administrative registration system established by the Ministry, (II) and are included in the Farm Accounting Data Network system, (III) sharing the accounting data regarding their agricultural activities with data collectors during an accounting year, and (IV) whose shared economic and physical data are recorded in the Farm Accounting Data Network system.
