Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the measures to be taken against potato cyst nematodes, sets forth the rules and procedures to prevent its occurrence. The Regulation is consisted of 17 articles and 3 annex clauses. The Regulation is drafted in accordance with the European Council Directive 2007/33/EC on the control of potato cyst nematodes.
