Regulation on hunting procedures and principles within the scope of the hunting tourism.

This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of (i) hunting of game species by domestic and foreign hunters, (ii) activities of the agency such as organizing hunting, game and wild animal observation tours together with photograph and film shooting, and (iii) training of the persons to be employed in the hunting organizations. The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure sustainable hunting, wildlife conservation, as well as contributing to rural development by using hunting resources as economically beneficial. This Regulation indicates the templates of hunting tourism permit, temporary hunting certificate and application form for temporary hunting certificate for foreign tourist hunters, special hunting certificate for domestic and foreign hunters and application form for special hunting certificate, form for hunting records, hunting organization certificate and trophy evaluation, possession and trophy export certificate for hunted game animals in Annexes.
