Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to protect the farmers, plants, animals and the environment during the implementation of plant protection productsin fields, orchards or vinyards. The Regulation manages the principles and procedures upon the education, certification and the determination of authorities and responsibilities of the persons to use the plant protection products.
