Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of writing pesticide prescriptions and defines pesticides which need to be sold with prescription, as well as the features of the prescriptions and the validity period of prescriptions. It covers provisions on the authorized persons to write prescriptions, their responsibilities, inspection of their duties and cancellation of their authorization. The Regulation also provides for the responsibilities of dealers selling plant protection products and the responsibilities of legal and private persons using prescribed pesticides. It further sets forth provisions regarding the implementation and registration of plant protection products.
