Abstract
This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of import and/or export of electricity, as well as principles for the allocation of interconnection capacities and for the transboundary trade in the electricity market. This Regulation includes provisions on certification, rights and obligations of enterprises engaged in import and/or export, free zones and on the allocation and use of international interconnection lines.
