Abstract
The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of the establishment, operation and supervision of a licensed olive warehouses, aiming at: facilitating trade of cotton and ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of this agricultural product. The Regulation also covers procedural provisions on the licences and on insurances. The Regulation is consisted of ten chapters: Purpose, Scope, Basis and Definitions (I); Required Minimum Qualifications for Licensed Warehouses, Storage System Numbers, Data Processing Equipment (II); Terms of Establishment of a Licensed Warehouse (III); Application for Licenses, Terms of License, Guarantee and insurance (IV); Issuing, Rejection, Extension and Cost of Warehousing License (V); Analysis and Classification Certificate and Product Certificate (VI); Rights and Obligations of the Licensed Warehouse Operator, Olive Storage and Delivery, Prohibited Activities and Licensed Warehouse Fee Schedule (VII); Licensed Warehouse Enterprise Records, Financial Statements and Reports (VIII); Duties and Powers of the Ministry, Control, Suspension and cancellation of License (IX); Final Provisions (X).
