Regulation on the management of industrial emissions.

This Regulation lays down provisions to prevent and reduce industrial emissions and waste generation that cause air, water, soil, noise and odor pollution at source with an integrated pollution prevention and control approach in line with zero waste targets for the holistic protection of the environment and human health. It also sets out administrative and technical procedures and principles for green transformation, circular economy and decarbonization in industry in order to use resources efficiently. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to businesses engaged in activities listed in Annexes 1 and 2. Administrative sanctions set forth in Article 20 of Law No. 2872 shall be applied to businesses that act contrary to the provisions of this Regulation.
