Abstract
This Regulation aims at taking measures to reduce and prevent nitrate pollution from agricultural sources. This Regulation includes technical and administrative basis for prevention of pollution and for the determination of nitrogen and nitrogen compounds that cause pollution from agricultural sources in ground and surface waters. This Regulation sets forth provisions on determination of nitrate vulnerable zones, good agricultural practices, action plans, monitoring and reference measurement procedures.
