Regulation on registration and placing on the market of plant protection products.

This Regulation aims at protecting plants from pests or preventing their impacts on plants by setting principles and procedures on registration and placing on the market of plant protection products. This Regulation sets forth provisions on licensing, documents required, extension and cancellation of licenses, packaging and labeling of plant protection products, rules and procedures for testing, and the establishment and duties of the Commission.
