Regulation on registration of plant protection products.

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of the licesing of plant protection products. The Regulation consists nine Chapters: Purpose, Scope and Definitions (I); General Provisions (II); General Provisions Regarding Licensing (III); Documents Required, Fees, Advisory Services, Extension and Cancellation of Licenses (IV); Qualifications, Powers and Responsibilities of the Officers Authorized to Test Plant Protection Products (V); Issuance and Cancellation of Plant Protection Products Testing Certificates (VI); Rules and Procedures of Testing (VII); Provisions on the Commission (VIII); Final Provisions (IX).
