Abstract
The Regulation aims to protect the consumer health and the environment by ensuring that the plant protection products are used in accordance with the technical instructions. To reach this objective the Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures concerning the traceability of the plant protection products starting from the stage of production up to their marketing and usage.
