Regulation on registration of plant species.

This Regulation determines the principles regarding the registration of varieties of agricultural plant species, the creation of registration lists, the duration of their registration, the registration of plant genetic resources, and the authorization and supervision of private sector agricultural research organizations. It covers the works and procedures related to the registration of varieties and genetic resources of field crops, vegetables, fruits, vines and ornamental plants.
