Abstract
This Regulation lays down the technical principles regarding the sanitary landfills, and the procedures and principles as well as measures, controls and obligations regarding the acceptance of wastes to the landfills and the landfill of waste. This Regulation refers to waste as any substance or material defined in Article 4 of the Waste Management Regulation. Furthermore, this Regulation puts emphasis on prevention of environmental pollution in the process of disposal of wastes through sanitary landfill method.
