Abstract
This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles to be applied during the technical assessment of electricity production facilities based on geothermal energy sources. It covers applications for electricity production based on licensed or unlicensed geothermal energy sources and all kinds of amendment requests to be made in pre-license, license or unlicensed production applications.
