Regulation on training and authorization in the scope of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code.

This Regulation sets forth provisions on training and authorization of inspectors responsible of control over classification, packaging, marking, labeling, loading, unloading of dangerous loads by vessels. Furthermore, this Regulation determines the procedures and principles of authorization of training institutions and organizations.
