Regulation on transfer of plant varieties, not-registered plant varieties and breeding materials to the seed growing institutions, seed production and vending of marketing rights.

This Regulation aims at providing the new varieties for the use of farmers and enabling seed growing institutions to develop new varieties. This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of transfer of plant varieties, not-registered plant varieties and breeding materials, which are developed by research institutions, to the seed growing institutions. It also sets forth the procedures and principles of seed production, vending of marketing rights and variety development. This Regulation covers field crops and horticultural crops. It does not cover fruit trees.
