Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of the usage for research and entrance in and out of the country of aquatic genetic resources. This Regulation does not cover official controls of import and export and tradable aquatic genetic resources. This Regulation also sets forth the application, approval, application evaluation and permit procedures for research done by foreign real and legal persons in Turkey.
