Abstract
This Notification sets forth rules and procedures on the methods of sampling and analysis of olive oil and olive-residue oil. The Notification has been drafted in accordance with the European Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis.
