Abstract
The aim of this Notification is to ensure that halva is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, labelling, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. This Notification covers the product features of each type of halva.
