Abstract
This Notification sets out the methods for sampling for the control of the levels of mycotoxins in foods in Annex 1 and the criteria for sample preparation and methods of analysis used for the control of the levels of mycotoxins in foodstuffs in Annex 2. This Notification is drafted in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2782 laying down the methods of sampling and analysis for the control of the levels of mycotoxins in food and repealing Regulation (EC) No 401/2006.
