Turkish Food Codex Regulation No. 2025/18 on cream and clotted cream.

This Regulation determines the characteristics of cream and clotted cream in order to ensure their production, preparation, processing, transportation, storage, and marketing in a technically appropriate and hygienic manner. It lays down detailed rules as regards food additives, food flavourings, food enzymes, contaminants, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, hygiene, packaging, labelling, storage and transportation, methods of sampling and analysis, vitamins, minerals and certain other elements, and coccidiostat and histomonostat residues. The food businesses operating before the publication date of this Regulation shall comply with the provisions of this Regulation by 31 December 2025. The products produced before 31 December 2025 may remain on the market until the end of their shelf life.
