Fisheries (General Amendment) Regulations, 1991 (G.N. No. 362 of 1991).

The Principal Regulations of 1989 are amended by: (a) adding after sub-regulation 13 [4] the following: 4A. Application for a prawn fishing licence shall be made in Form [c] and by adding such Form in the First Schedule; (b) deleting in the Third Schedule paragraphs [a], [b] and [c] and substituting new paragraphs in which fishing fees charged in accordance to ownership (local or foreign owner) and mode of fishing operation are specified.
