Law No. 3043-VI amending Law No. 2662-IV “On grape and grape wine”.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Central executive body in the sphere of agrarian policy and food shall validate the modalities and registration of wine production, technological and normative documentation, shall coordinate the use of imported technological documentation, shall establish the list of such documentation and terms and procedures for the presentation thereof.”
