Ministerial Decree No. 1378 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of supply of standing timber.

The present Regulation establishes the system of norms regarding determination of limits, their distribution and issuing permits for procurement of timber, soft resin and other forest products, terms and conditions of their procurement and transportation. The Regulation consists of 8 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the limits of special use of forest resources. Section 3 establishes the modalities of distribution of wood-cutting areas. Section 4 regards preparatory work. Section 5 establishes terms and conditions of transportation of timber, soft resin and other forest materials. Section 6 regards issuing of cutting permits and forest management permits. Section 7 regards inspection of cutting areas, areas of procurement of other forest materials and management of other useful properties of forests. Section 8 establishes rates of charges for the infringement of the present Regulation.
