Abstract
This Circular No. 26/2024/TT-BNNPTNT issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam establishes economic-technical standards for measuring, reporting, verifying, and inventorying greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the livestock sector.
The Standards specify labor, equipment, energy, and materials required for each activity, define methods for emission measurement and reduction calculations, establishes standards for data collection and reporting, and provide guidance on risk assessment and uncertainty management.
