Abstract
This Decree, consisting of six articles, provides for the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam is a governmental agency performing the state management of the following fields and sectors: agriculture, forestry, salt production, aquaculture, irrigation, disaster prevention and control, rural development; state management of public services rendered in the fields and sectors under its jurisdiction in accordance with regulations of law.
