Abstract
This Circular provides for the formulation, appraisal and approval of detailed environmental protection plans, for the inspection and certification for their implementation, and for the formulation and registration of simple environmental protection plans.
The Circular specifies the establishments subject to the formulation of detailed environmental protection plans and simple environmental protection plans, and sets out procedures and requirements for their formulation, appraisal and approval.
The Circular further provides for the grant of certificates of registration and for responsibilities of establishment owners holding these certificates.
