Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BNNPTNT of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the HS code table for the list of goods under the state management authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the list of export and import goods subject to specialized inspection in the field of agriculture and rural development.

This Circular is issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, promulgating HS codes of commodities under management of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and imports and exports subject to specialized inspection in the field of agriculture and rural development.
Annex I contains Lists of HS codes of commodities under management of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including: Section 1. List of HS codes of terrestrial animals and products thereof subject to quarantine; Section 2. List of HS codes of other animals in the field of animal husbandry; Section 3. List of HS codes of livestock breeds banned from export; etc.
Annex II provide for the List of HS codes of imports subject to specialized inspection before grant of customs clearance under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Annex III gives the List of HS codes of imports subject to specialized inspection after grant of customs clearance under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
