Abstract
Amendments are made to Circular No. 19/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2018 of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development: Add Clause 3 to Article 12 as follows: “3. Organizations and individuals engaging in aquacultural activities must mark their fishing gears in accordance with Appendix V attached hereto.”. Other amendments are made on Article 5, 10, 15, 16.
Amendments to Circular No. 20/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2018 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development: amend Article 12 and 14. 15, and replace Appendix VI with Appendix VI attached hereto.
Amendments to Circular No. 21/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2018 of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development: Amend Article 8: “Article 8. List of fishing vessels conducting illegal practices; Other amendments are made on Article 4, 5, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, etc.
Amendments are also made to Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BNNPTNT, Circular No. 23/2018/TT-BNNPTNT, Circular No. 24/2018/TT-BNNPTNT, Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BNNPTNT, Circular No. 26/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2018 of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BNNPTNT dated on September 20, 2021 of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
