Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 143/2003/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on exploitation and protection of irrigation works.
Article 19 has been amended and substituted with a new article dealing with irrigation charge rates and irrigation charge exemptions.
A new article 19a has been inserted providing for policies for irrigation work management and exploitation units and state budget subsidies for irrigation charge exemptions.
Articles 27 (clause 4) and 28 (clause 6) have been substituted with new clauses dealing with the state management over the exploitation and protection of irrigation works.
Furthermore, new clauses 10-14 shall be added to article 29 on the management of irrigation works.
