Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 143/2003/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on exploitation and protection of irrigation works.
Article 19, Item 1 has been amended by modifying the Points dealing with the conditions on the exemption from irrigation charges.
A new article 19a has been inserted providing for policies applied for Exploitation and Management Irrigation Work Units.
Articles 27, 28 and 29 have been amended by modifying and supplementing Items dealing with the state management over the exploitation and protection of irrigation works.
