Abstract
The Decree details in-depth the provisions of the Ordinance, in particular in regards to the authorities competent for the management, conservation and protection of the waterworks, their exploitation and rational use. Water pumping is allowed for preventing and controlling floods, and the related budget shall cover costs for their functioning. Water charges are detailed as per the different regions and work measures, and for the different seasons. Water utilization charges shall be paid according to water used from irrigation works for purposes other than food production.
