Abstract
This Decree provides for activities in the domains of production, supply and consumption of clean water supply systems in urban areas, rural areas, industrial parks, export processing zones, etc.
The quality of clean water used for daily activities shall meet technical standards set by competent bodies.
The Decree provides for the formulation and contents of regional and urban water supply planning which shall be used as a basis for water supply activities.
The Decree further makes provision for the following matters: water supply development investments; connections and water supply service contracts; clean water prices; rights and obligations of water supply units and water-using customers; assurance of water supply safety; and state management of water supply.
