Decree No. 124/2011/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP of 11 July 2007 on clean water production, supply and consumption.

This Decree amends Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP on clean water production, supply and consumption.
Amendments include: the addition of a new clause 3 to article 6 exempting water suppliers from land use levies and land rents for land of water supply works; the substitution of point b, clause 2 of article 12 with a new point on water supply planning schemes; substitution of articles 13 and 21 on terms and time limits for formulation of regional and urban water supply planning schemes; substitution of articles 22, 24 and 25 dealing respectively with urban water supply planning tasks, urban water supply planning scheme and urban water supply planning dossiers; substitution of clause 3, article 30 with a new clause on water supply work construction investment projects; the cancellation of clause 2, article 42; the substitution of clause 1, article 51 on water pricing principles; the addition of clause 6 to article 52 on the adjustment of water prices; and minor word changes to articles 18, 26 and 60.
