Decree No. 122/2021/ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on planning and investment.

This Decree is enacted in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives, the Law on Bidding, the Construction Law, the Law on Planning, the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Investment, the Law on Enterprises, and the Law on Public - Private Partnership Investment.
The Decree provides for administrative violations, penalties, fines, remedial measures, the power to make administrative violation records, the power to impose penalties for violations against regulations on planning and investment. Article 7 provides for penalties for violations against regulations on reporting and providing information about public investment. Article 23 deals with penalties for violations against regulations on reporting and providing information about Public – Private Partnership (PPP) investment activities. Article 64 sets up rules for penalties for violations against regulations on cooperative and cooperative union registration.
