Abstract
This Decree provides for aquatic resource production and business lines requiring permits, permit-granting procedures and conditions for aquatic resource activities which do not require permits. Chapter II lists provisions for aquatic resource exploitation permits. Permits are not required for: production and/or trading of fishing gear and equipment for exploitation of aquatic resources; building of fishing ships; production and/or trading of aquatic breeds; aquaculture; production and/or trading of aquatic animal feed, etc. (Chapter III). Chapter IV deals matters related to examination, inspection of aquatic resource production and business activities, complaints, denunciations, rewarding and handling of violations.
