Abstract
This Decree provides for the management of fishing ports and storm shelter zones for fishing ships.
The Decree prescribes the principles of construction of fishing ports, classifies fishing ports and sets out the conditions that the different classes of fishing ports must satisfy.
The Decree provides for the management of fishing ports, the conditions for the opening and closing of the ports, the conditions for the entering and leaving fishing ports applicable to fishing ships and foreign fishing ships, for responsibilities and rights of fishing port management boards, and for fishing port use charges.
The Decree further provides for the management of storm shelter zones and for the rules applicable to fishing ships in these zones; and for responsibilities of State management agencies.
