Corrections to the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations and the Listing Notices (No. 706 of 2018).

These Regulations amend the environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 in regulations 14 (minor amendment), regulation 23, regulation 33 (minor amendment) and regulation 49. Regulation 23 concerns submission of submission of an environmental impact assessment report inclusive of any specialist reports, and an environmental management programme (EMPr) after acceptance of the scoping report, whereas regulation 49 (definitions) is amended by giving a new definition of "previous NEMA notices". The Regulations also make minor amendments to Listing Notices.
