Standards and Requirements Regarding Control of the Export of Table Grapes.

These Regulations prescribe standards and requirements regarding grapes intended for direct consumption in respect of which an approval for the export is required in terms of section 4 of the Agricultural Products Standards Act. The rules concern, among other things: quality and classes of table grapes; (chemical) treatments, packing and marking requirements including traceability of products; and sampling and inspection. The Regulations also set out the requirements for approval referred to in section 4 of the Act.
