Abstract
These Regulations specify fees payable in respect of Special Fishing Licences for any activity set out in the First Schedule and fees for Fishing Licences issued for fishing in a commercial fishing area set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations. Fishing licence fees for commercial fishing areas are specified for: persons resident in Zambia; persons not resident in Zambia; fishing units or cooperatives; companies. Special fishing licences fees are specified for two categories: collection of specimen for aquaria; recreational fishing.
