Abstract
These Regulations specify fees payable in respect of Special Fishing Licences for any activity set out in the First Schedule and fees for Fishing Licences issued for fishing in a commercial fishing area set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations. Commercial Licence fees for persons resident in Zambia depend upon the area to which the licence applies and vary from fees for persons not resident in Zambia which are fixed at the same rate for any fishing area.
