Abstract
The law establishes the legal framework for the development of hunting as a traditional, relaxing, and touristic activity; its sustainable management while assuring strict implementation of principles on ecosystems and ecological balances; protection of wild fauna species; and enforcement of rights on hunting, hunting products, and their trade. The law consists of eight chapters: I- General provisions, II- Types of wild fauna permitted for hunting, III – Hunting zones, IV- Hunting management, V- Exercise of hunting, VI- Monitoring and control, VII- Sanctions, VIII- Final provisions
