Regulation No. 1 on the implementation of the legislation on fishery and aquaculture.

There is hereby set out the regulatory framework relevant to fisheries and aquaculture, by way of implementation of national legislation in force. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Consultative bodies; (III) Programming norms; (IV) Scientific research; (V) The registration of professional fishermen and national sailing means Register; (VI) Licences; (VII) Prohibitions in fishing; (VIII) Sport and recreational fishing; (IX) Fishing outside waters of the Albania Republic; (X) Data gathering; (XI) The administration of coastal lagoons; (XII) Fishery activity control and inspection.
