Abstract
This Regulation implements the Exotic Diseases in Animals Act 1981. It specifies what has to be intended for “animal product” and which diseases are to be considered exotic disease. Part 3 is dedicated to orders, among others, for protective clothing, cleansing and disinfecting and destruction. Part 3A concerns the appointment of inspectors and Part 4 deals with procedures for compensation. The Regulation is completed by one schedule on exotic diseases.
