Abstract
This Law hereby amends the provisions brought by the Law on clean air of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 45/1996; 49/1996; 85/1997; 27/2000; 102/2001; 91/2002; 112/2003; 95/2005; 99 and 102/2006; 86/2007; 36 and 52/2008; 6, 82 and 93/2009; 41, 87 and 88/2010; 35 and 42/2011; 32, 38, 53, 54, 77 and 102/2012; 98/2014; and 14/2015).
Significant change are related to various references (new and updated ones) of the European Union and European Council Directives and other documents and legal acts that will be observed and adopted.
This Law also makes amendments in the Law on biodiversity, Water Act, Environmental Protection Act, and Law on liability for preventing and remedying of environmental damage.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the certain provisions (see article 36 of this text) that will enter into force in 2017 and 2018.
