Law No.2442-XII on state ecological audit.

State ecological audit shall be carried out for the following purposes: 1. determination of the level of ecological danger, that can originate in the process of carrying out economic and other activity, in the present or in the future or con have indirect impact on the state of environment and public health; 2. valuation of the compliance of the projected economic and other activity with the requirements of environmental legislation; 3. determination of sufficiency and validity of arrangements for environmental protection as envisaged by the project in question. The document consists of 12 articles. Article 1 establishes the purpose of ecological audit. Article 2 determines the place of state ecological audit within the system of decision-making.
